Any goods ordered in error by the Buyer or not required by the Buyer, will be accepted back subject to a “re-stocking fee” of 20%. A refund or credit will be raised providing that the goods are returned in the original packaging and delivery carriage paid by the buyer to our business address. The Buyer must contact the company either by phone or by e-mail using firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a CA number and CA form. CA form must be included/attached with the returned item.
Goods can be returned as 'Unsuitable' or 'Unwanted' within 14 days of delivery, as follows:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition.
- Returned goods will be subject to a “re-stocking fee” of 20% and a refund or credit will be raised on the account.
Any goods outside of this period will not be accepted for refund or credit.
Parts which have been 'specially ordered in' cannot be returned under any circumstances.
