Refund Policy

Any goods supplied in error by ADL will be accepted as returns and replaced or credited in full as long as the goods are in the original condition and packaging. Any goods supplied on error will be collected by our nominated courier and must be packaged in the original packaging and original condition.

The Buyer must contact the company either by phone or by e-mail using to obtain a RA number and RA form. RA form must be included/attached to the returned item.
