All goods come with a 12 month warranty (unless otherwise stated).
Where replacement goods are requested under warranty, a new order is required before the goods are dispatched (unless the item/s is/are returned first) and once the faulty item is returned and checked, a credit or refund will then be issued if the item is found to be faulty. The Buyer must contact the company either by phone or by e-mail using email@example.com to obtain a WA number and form. The completed WA form must be included/attached to the returned item.
All items must be appropriately packaged when returned. Any damage caused in transit will be the buyer’s liability.
